study

This is a study done on male endurance athletese,if u want u can read it but i will summarise it for you.

The correlation between these athletes and low testosterone was due to low energy availability, they didnt consume enough calories to fuel their body so their body had more chronic stress, cortisol and low T

But these athletes were running around 85-100km per week. And no it is not the running that decreased their test it is lack of energy availability.

So no if u go for a 5-10km jog it wont decrease ur test.

jogging increases cortisol, cortisol is antagonistic to testesterone, so yes, jogging lowers test, there are COUNTLESS studies on it just look it up on pubmed

Jogging a few miles a couple times a week isn't going to tank your T unless you're literally marathon training on 1k calories. Chronic endurance + energy deficit kills hormones. Focus on heavy compound lifts, hill sprints and getting enough sleep and calories. Genetics dictate most of your baseline testosterone anyway, cope and lift.
