Does Lefort 1 move the alar base forward?

Basically title. Is the standard Lefort 1 or high-cut high enough to bring the alar base and paranasal region forward with the lower maxilla? Maxfacs say the midface is 'left behind' with Lefort 1 however I'm unsure whether they mean the entire midface (including the alar base and paranasal region) or just the upper midface (basically the infras).

what I mean is that there aren't any alternatives, lefort 1 is pretty much as far as any cosmetic surgeon is willing to go.
