Does lifting weights increase or decrease testosterone

I see some people say it increases testosterone while some people say it decreases your testosterone so idk which is which

Short term increase, long term decrease
 
Whys that
Your body produces test during sleep the amount produced is limited just like your sperm and orgasms, when you train you drain yourself and stress your body=lowering testosterone and in response to exercise, the hypothalamus secretes corticotropin-releasing hormone, which activates the anterior pituitary, stimulating the release of adrenocorticotropic hormone, which in turn stimulates the adrenal cortex to release cortisol. Cortisol is anti testosterone. when you sleep and wake up again you will have lower test as your body is recovering, the more muscles you build the lower your testosterone
 
Increase bro. Wdym decrease? Who even thinks that?
 
Decrease if you do it too hard
