Does losing one testicle have any side effects

So like 1 year ago i lost one of my testicles due to testicle torsion, and i didn't really care about it. But then as i got into looksmaxxing i started wondering if it has any side effects or will it affect my development in any way. I also noticed that it grew twice the size of normal testicle lol. But does that mean that i won't be getting enough testosterone now? And will that affect my height growth?

Yeah surgeons told me that there's kind of fake testicle implants to make it look like i got 2 balls lol

It happened cuz my stupid fucking parents didn't know what testicle torsion even was but as they found out it was too late to save it. so i got it removed

I like woke up in the morning with my ball hurting like crazy, i even cried because of how bad it was. It just like twisted and blood couldn't get in it, So it kinda just died

I remember something similar happened to me, I suddenly felt great pain in my ball, a singular ball, I immediately grabbed it and started feeling for the "cord" and then pushed through the pain and twisted it and moved it around until it got better, and after I observed it for signs of death but it didn't die fortunately, don't know if that was testicular torsion or what

Yeah but i had no idea something like this can even happen. And as i was laying in hospital
With a swollen ball my mom didn't even give doctor any details. She just said that i had pain in my groin area.

It says the testicle can be saved within 6 hours. How did it take them so long to figure out the issue
