Could losing weight theoretically improve side profile convexitys by removing fat from the chin and browridge? Or are these areas not affected by weight? (

The problem is i cant find any proof of this, im trying to find a clear difference in facial convexitys after weight loss but no one seems to post only their side after getting to like ~10% bf, and i dont actually know if the face stores fat in these places

dk about browridge but chin and jaw area would def change

Weight loss can improve convexity in the lower face by reducing fat in the chin and neck area, but it won’t significantly alter the brow ridge since that is mostly a skeletal feature. Even if you're unsure if it will help with convexity, losing weight is still beneficial either way.

Yeah the browridge itself seems pretty sturdy, while idk about the chin,. I wonder if losing fat also improves infra glabellar notch
Weight loss will not have a major effect on the infra-glabellar notch. Bone structure is the primary factor

I actually did a quick test myself but im not sure if i was pulling muscle or fat but i took two exact picture of my profile one i was pulling the chin back and the other rested, my facial convexity while pulling the chin was 175-176 and when i wasn't pulling it was closer to 177. The total facial convexity also improved.

Weight loss will likely help then! good luck brother
