does MARPE allow for bone repositioning?

Im currently 17 and looking at getting MARPE by the end of this year,i also plan on getting bimax as soon as i turn 19. However i want to know if there is any way that MARPE can help with ccw rotation, i know that the whole headgear thing is mostly dependant on age(which i am too old for) but will actual tongue posture be able to help with any sort of ccw rotation or should i just get ccw rotation with my bimax?
