Ah ok. I also noticed that some even look worse afterwards. But how can this be possible as the midface gets wider, zygos more prominent and maxilla very Little more forward. Or does one have to also do Double jaw Surgery to make the mandible more wide so it Matches up?

Hmm I dont know about that . Need some research on that but purely by observing before and after photos it seems some descended

harmony and no bimax doesnt widen jaws but they can look wider after if they get more gonial visiblity from it
