Let’s say you consume a high number of calories during the day vs all at one. Say 10k calories for example.
Does eating 10k calories at once lead to less food digested (thus less calorie intake) than 10k calories spaced throughout the day?
I’m assuming the body can’t process 10k calories of food at once, so more would pass through your system undigested, in comparison to spaced throughout the day.
