Let’s say you consume a high number of calories during the day vs all at one. Say 10k calories for example.

Does eating 10k calories at once lead to less food digested (thus less calorie intake) than 10k calories spaced throughout the day?

I’m assuming the body can’t process 10k calories of food at once, so more would pass through your system undigested, in comparison to spaced throughout the day.

It doesn't matter when you eat, the absorption rate will be the same

Your telling my the body can absorb 10k calories at once?
YES
What matters is how many calories you eat THROUGHOUT the entire day, at the end of the day, what matters is the sheer number, not the spacing of the refs, nah, nothing.

Not too sure about that - maybe you’re right idk. After having massive meal at once (like 7k cals) vs 7k throughout the day, my weight in the morning after 7k in the one meal seems to be less than 7k throughout the day.

when you space the meals the food sits longer on your stomach digesting, because theres an regular food intake, which if you do a single Huge meal, nu uh.

I like having only 2 big meals sometimes, it feels good on the mind. I can think more clearly
