I've coped for a long time with mindfulness meditation, for like a year or so, thinking it'd make me less anxious, but that didn't help. It just made me feel worse because everytime I missed a day, I felt guilty. If you want to reduce your stress around women, honestly just put yourself out there. Exposure therapy. If you're ok looking you'll be treated fairly and realize that you've been overthinking what interacting with foids is like. If you're subhuman tier, you better looksmaxx before approaching women.

There are some studies showing that it reduces cortisol, check ncbi, I can't talk from experience tho cuz I can't stick to it in the long term, but i might start doing it again
