Does mewing actually work?

I might incorperate it into my life because I‘m broke but I doubt it yields any results but maybe if I do it for like 3 years consistently it might make a difference.

According to Wolff‘s law it should work.

I also heard about another practice called thumb pulling. Never tried that one.

Can someone who spent a lot of time doing either mewing or thumb pulling explain it to me.

I thought this is the case but it couldn‘t hurt to try it for a while. I remember some threads on Reddit about mewing I saw like 2-3 years ago but maybe it was just that the guy gained muscle mass or he actually did some plastic surgery. I doubt I‘ll find the post again but that guy really improved his looks a lot.

I want to get into working out again anyway so is mewing would just be like an experiment that might have some placebo effect.
