Does Mewing Have any Actual Benefits for East Asians

Will mewing benefit east Asians in any way? Based on what mike mew said, mewing is a way to reach your genetic potential or at the very least, prevent further recession. East Asians, however, naturally have shit forward growth and therefore, don't really have any "negative change" to reverse. This could also explain
@thecel 's mewing progress pic where he gained no forward growth at all, because really, there was no room for potential to begin with. Also, I'm well aware on how divided this community is over whether mewing is cope or not, but for the sake of this thread, lets say it isn't.

but to be serious - depending on your particular case improving maxilla might not even be the rigth choice. Asians follow different beauty standards, even your own avi likely has flat maxilla and yet is good looking

but i would say a lot of e asians have a higher prevalence of recession especially with low prenatal t and shit rice diet
