Hi. Im newbie at looksmaxxing. Im recessed and have massive overbite. Can I fix it with hard mewing and thumbpulling + clenching on mouthguard or do I need surgery? I live in Albania and I makke only $450 monthly after tax... Hard for me to get such a pricy surgery.

Mewing will NOT change your facial structure unless you’re under 13 years old.
But mewing does work to lift up the hyoid muscles to define the jawline.

Whenever i mew it seems to push my hyoid muscles down making it looks like iv got a lot of fat under my chin. It seems to be whenever i apply any pressure to the roof of my mouth with my tongue?
