if you have to think about mewing then it doesn't work cause u should have developed the lingual strength and oral volume at 2 years old,

you mew naturally cause you have the strength + space for it and vice versa, you don't start mewing to change that oral volume

it works but mostly in pre puberty children, as by age 18 about 90 percent of your skull and face is alreayd formed. At age 7 about 60 percent of your face and skull is already formed. BUt as a adult you cna get a few mm of change. basically only in pre- puberty children will you see dramatic changes in short time say few months ot a 1-2 years. The changes a 7-12 year old gets in 1-2 years a adult would get in like 15-20 years.

He was extremely smart with his surgery’s, Botox fillers etc, you could literally see before and after pics with his bone structure dramatically changing in terms of mass and shape. It made me go from ltn to Chad at the age of a whopping 47
