Does MK 677 cause noticeable face growth?

Im thinking about starting on a cycle of mk 677, i know there has been a lot of threads about and from what ive read its seems safe to use... anyone that could tell me their experience with it? and also if it causes face growth (im not worried about diabetes because im on a keto diet)

I used it for 10 weeks some months ago. It causes bloating in your face(which made me actually better looking because I'm bonecel) and better skin, also makes you lethargic. Alone it won't really have an effect on your facial bones, you need some stimulus like hard-chewing.
I'm thinking about doing some crazy heightstack(with high HGH/igf-1)+hardcore chewing+hardcore tongue chewing/mewing+(maybe MSE+Facemask) to grow bones in 2-3 months
