If you are 6 psl you need high social skill in order to establish an efficient network etc. You need to be low inhib to work in a successful company and also you have to know how to pose perfectly to have a edge over other common 6psl guys but if you are 8 psl you wont need any of it they will come and find you

Yes it takes a bit of skill. You need to have the skill to create a network and grow your career and you need the narcissism to pull off glaring at a camera seriously.
