People talk alot about diet and how it can affect your health.
Im not quite sure what I should be looking out for to make sure my diet is optimal for my health does it look ok?

I haven't included any seasoning but this is basically everything I eat daily (The water is usally a bit more like 3.5L but today I didn't drink much).

And the overall vitamins/minerals, I dont get everything recommend but I think overall I eat better than most.

I would appreciate any advice from any people knowledgable on diets/food, Im eating at a bit of a deficit atm probably around 500-650 kcals.

Dude hit gym and make you metabolic healthy ASAP.
Your diet isnt worst, better than avereage but its upgradable easily with better foods.

What foods would you recommend?

Should I drink more? I usually drink about 3500g for my weight thats more than an adequate amount.

I should probably consume more fat but as for protein Its 25% of my intake which is quite a normal amount?
