People talk alot about diet and how it can affect your health.
Im not quite sure what I should be looking out for to make sure my diet is optimal for my health does it look ok?
I haven't included any seasoning but this is basically everything I eat daily (The water is usally a bit more like 3.5L but today I didn't drink much).
This is the macros.
And the overall vitamins/minerals, I dont get everything recommend but I think overall I eat better than most.
I would appreciate any advice from any people knowledgable on diets/food, Im eating at a bit of a deficit atm probably around 500-650 kcals.
