17 not developing. Always been recessed though, and managed to look far better in childhood

Well, I guess maybe if you drop 20lbs you could get some facial changes. Minor ones though.

I don’t agree with what you say about jaw because my chin has always been recessed, yet my face had definition when I was extremely skinny as a child

Have you grown significantly taller in the last year?

Yeah, well, ok then, get super skinny again and try to seem if you have better bones now.

I'm guessing that I am almost a year younger than you then since I can't grow facial hair.
