Does my face look too fat after binge eating for 35 days straight?

I have been depressed and binge for 35 days in a row where I ate over 10,000 calories every day I went from 10%~ bodyfat to 20%~. Tomorrow I want to start cutting but I don't think I can.

I eat until I feel bad, I almost vomited several times. I don't know why I always do this, I'm crazy I just think about food even though I'm not hungry. Two hours ago I had half a cheesecake and 3 pints of Ben & Jerry. And I ate two whole pizzas for lunch, I'm no longer far from 10,000 calories and the day isn't over yet

I tried taking sibutramine a few days ago but stopped. I noticed that I wasn't hungry with her until almost dinner time but I still binge because I eat without being hungry

You are likely not eating enough/restricting too heavily the rest of the time. I don't even necessarily mean calorie-wise, it might just be mental. What was your diet like before all of this started?

Well, that explains everything.....

You should really aim for long-term weight loss and sustainable results if you want the binging to stop. Don't restrict that heavily, I will only harm you in the end.
 
It also started when I had a hair transplant, I couldn't leave the house for 2 weeks, I started to get very depressed and order a lot of food

I'm 6'7 and max I can eat is 4.5k calories a day WITH MK677.

Your face looks surprisingly good for 20% bodyfat though. Good bones.

How much do you exercise and what do you do?

I do weight training 3 days a week for 1 hour, and walk 1 hour 6 days a week
Right, so with that amount of activity level and your amount of muscle mass you should be able to eat a fair amount even if you want to cut more body fat. What's your plan for the cutting then? How many calories and what macros were you gonna aim for?
 
I started taking 150 mcg of t3 and 120 mcg of clenbuterol 3 days ago but I'm afraid of losing muscle mass even though I'm taking testosterone because it's a very high dose of t3 I can't even sleep at night with the heat

Okay, that sounds pretty reasonable. I would personally recommend eating a couple hundred more than that. But ultimately it comes down to your hunger and strength levels like how you are feeling with that. Maybe ease into it a bit at first, to avoid binging again.
 
15% bodyfat should be low enough in your case.
but I wanted a fully defined six pack, I think with only 10% bodyfat I can get it. Do you think that consuming 2100 calories, taking 150mcg of t3 and clenbuterol is possible to drop from 20% to 10% in 8 weeks? I go on vacation and I really wanted to reach 10%

The pictures make me think you could have close to that at at least 14% or so if you added some muscle to that area. Your lack of much muscle there is going to make it hard to have a good 6 pack right now I think. Did you have a good one at 10%?

this photos was after I finished psmf I didn't eat carbs for 2 months. my abdomen has always been one of the weak points, I don't know how I can improve it, I've tried everything

Just keep training it hard. The more muscle the better it will look. The only thing is 10% bf makes it harder to add muscle.
 
I remember you from 2019. Compared to then, it seems you actually lost weight. Don't let old habits control your life
