i’m getting braces soon i’m just getting my teeth cleaned up and something for my chipped tooth anything i shouldn’t / ask for

More volume to balance out jaw for sure not sure what haircut that would be though

Ok so I’m 15 5’11 137 pounds my advice to you would be to first of all have a routine aligned with the circadian rhythm do NOT workout in the gym like most 15 year olds may

do just to low intensity workouts pushups pull ups and so on make sure to rest don’t keep it long term we don’t need cortisol keep in a surplus now for me I have a fast metabolism so it’s easier for me not sure about you

next keep good posture that keeps the natural s shape of the spine and have back of neck straight so thing of pulling head up from crown area. Make sure to get zinc vitamin d3 and k2 and magnesium make sure to keep test high and benefit from dht if you can it’s very useful creatine does nothing so don’t take it

last thing I would advise is to not be sedimentary chew food well keep good myo functional posture breathe well through diaphragm and do not take tren and things like that it will not be good long term also train masters and remember sports and working out heavily beyond what I stated would raise cortisol and bring dht test and all of that to recovery and not bone growth

idk man i think it's fine as is seems to me like u got a decent haircut alr what makes u wanna change.
