Not a problem at all, overall it's a good side profile. Most women will think you're gl

But i can see your nose is a bit long which is usually harmonized with long ipd as you know (front)

Not really that. In fact, long noses are usually accompanied by weak chins (mouthbreath pheno) but yours seems to be projected on the pic, so that's good. It all depends on the overall, some have short midface with chin recessed, it looks comical

It's a morph. I gave a genio + rhino. My chin is slightly recessed

Ye bimax is the alternative
But obvs more expensive, long and then need implants from cut to cheekbone to preserve ogee curve

Also I have decent hollow cheeks which bimax might change

I am also recessed and have a long neck and i struggle to stand straight with it aswell, I'm gonna start doing neck workouts and hopefully that will help me straighten it.
