I wanna get fillers for my nasolabials, but its the most risk spot for arterial injections causing blindness.

I'm pretty sure the nose and glabella are the worst regions.

Also, I don't remember ever seen any case of that being reported from fillers/fat transfer with the use of canullas, only needles
