Dude whenever I eat all the garbage I do it automatically turns into muscle. I make sure to eat at least 2500 calories everyday (I log everything in a calculator), but ideally 3000-4000, but I stay the same weight, just with new veins. In order to gain weight I had to eat at least 4000 strictly everyday. And this is at 114-121lbs depending on how much water I drink that day...
