does neotenous looks mean less sex drive in women?

I have this feeling that the more neotenous the less she enjoys sex and prefers to get likes in instagram and tiktok/yt and use her phone.

but this can be the environment after all and has nothing to do with looks...

I see this too. They get all dopamine form attention itself a 5'1 girl who i know had like 100 proposal at 13 years age . But she was never in love with anyone bit still in relationships . She was like that cute small girl who was always happy with big eyes , very shrill voice small frame

yes its indeed only observation from afar, i didn't have close relations with women to know this for sure.
but probably many other factors play a role to this if its true.
