cuz face can get much more slimmer than the nose ,nose probably shrinks few maybe a mm if u are very fat to begin with

don't debloat if you have a big nose unproportioned to your face and you don't plan on getting rhino, after leanmaxxing my nose got way bigger and more noticeable

nasal base shouldnt change at all. ur nose can appear less bulbous but the width of the base/nostrils cant change from it

in fact it might even look bigger as the width of your face decreases so ur nose looks bigger
