This guy has been popping up on my Instagram reels lately. The whole gimmick of his account is he's a very big promoter of the whole primal carnivore diet thingy.

Apparently he's 18 years old. As we all can clearly see, he looks like a child. I even thought he was like 12 years old at first.

This makes me wonder, if nutrition is really important then why does he look like this? Shouldn't he have the skull of a true hunter gatherer? But why do he look like underdeveloped. Is this bcs he have a disease or hormonal problem or something? What u guys think?

Did he do primal diet during 0-14 yrs old? If not doesn't matter and diet won't do shit for ur bones

Both nature ad nurture are important. You're born with a genetic ceiling and through nurture you make sure you reach that ceiling. I think that guy either ate like crap as a kid or has a condition

It matters over generations but even then as long as you are not malnutritioned you will come close to your potention. Overall underrated by the average person and overrated by goatis fanboys.

It matters over generations like any other major part of your life do.
And I mean sport, nutritions and even education.

I believe that the most important thing in development is posture, as it directly influence the sphenoid (growth of the whole skull)

Tho in terms of health markers, diet is very important
