ive recently purchased an all peanut peanut butter that has no other ingredient besides peanuts (no seed oils, added sugars, etc) and im thinking about incorporating it into my breakfast so i can have a variety of healthy options when deciding on my breakfast, however before i do that ive heard that the polyunsaturated fats kill ur test. is it fine in terms of my test if i incorporate it into my morning meal?
