this what i used to think, but looking back at photos a year ago when i didn’t use oral minox, and eating like shit, at the same or slightly higher bf, my face looked less puffy then now. now i’m leaner, way better diet so i think it’s caused by minox

I just did some research and yes, i think your bloat is def because of the oral minox.
If you said - you havent had a insane bloat before its prob because of the oral minox.

Your body, traps alot of fluid while you are on Minoxidil. Rather then losing it, like you normally do. Its something that has been noted as a potential side effect of oral minoxidl.

yeah i didn’t realise till now tbh
looking back at photos when i ate goyslop and probably higher bf by face looked less puffy then now when im lower bf and eating clean.
my only explanation can be oral minox.
brutal how i realised a year later.

i assume gains will fall right?

i started it for lashes tbh not brows, id actually like my old brows back lol. they were a lighter colour and less thick. i think they fit me more and look more white.

for lashes i’ll look into latisse, since many say that the sides aren’t true, and i will start lash dye
