Hello everyone, I have been improving with advice from the forum as well as guides, I have been applying them religiously, but I noticed something on my face, my structure is strong, that's what I want to believe, since the third Medium facial is the one that stands out the most:
As you can see in all of them the middle third of the face stands out as well as the forehead, ignore my constipated face, that's right, well the thing is that I've been practicing this but you'll say what do you want then? The profile is the problem, since the chin did not release well.
This is where it gets complicated, because there is clearly a structure approximately my weight is 63kg and I am 170CM tall. The problem is that everything developed well except the chin, can you notice it? With exercises like the Facial Row I have seen subtle changes that you can see in my previous posts. This is where my question comes in: Can orthodontics improve my chin? My teeth, especially my molars, are slightly out of position.
Can you see how the back part of the canine narrowed from the canine? All the molars. So, I'm asking you: Is there a solution for a receding chin, or is it just surgery?
Even when biting, the upper molars hit the sides of the lower molars. My question is, with orthodontics, can something change in that area since it's the only problematic one? Can I improve my chin if I have orth
odontics?
