It's called droppy eyes/eyelids, looks like shit when ur collagen is down the gutter, they won't benefit u lol, some get it removed

Yeah but it's all fat, hooding looks good when it's mostly bone and a little fat that causes the hooding.

Having only fat that causes hooding is still better than severe UEE tho

Having hooded eyes are even better then even slight uee imo
