DOES PALATE EXPANDER WORK OR DO ANYTHING AT 20

I have a narrow face with a long philtrum and I’m just wondering if a palate expander could do anything worthy for Aesthetics at 20 I don’t want to be spending over a grand for something that’s not gonna do much I will do anything to ascend

I know but for other features such as cheekbones or jaw I’ve heard people have seen improvements from expanders on those features but at 20 can I expect these changes if I were to get one
