do physiques help appeal? swear working out is like one of the least talked about things on here. but since i’m an ltn does having a decent physique help at all or does it truly not matter much?

i would think so but genuinely it’s one of the least talked about things in the bp space from what i’ve personally seen because most people are eating less than 1000 cals a day in hopes to get hollow cheeks which they will most likely never succeed in doing
