I'm 17 and ngl i've been strocking my dick alot lately
summer has been brutal for me i got a quite good size, 20 cm which is around 8 inches yet nowhere to stick it in.
And i now am scared of fucking up the size of it.

Does strocking you dick makes your dick smaller when hard ?

You are huge and no, it doesnt mess up your size, unless you death grip and/or stroke it too much (like 3 times a day)
