They don't sell capsules in America anymore. Everyone sells powder now. I just pour it in a drink and quickly drink it because it's a very caustic chemical and will ruin your teeth. Brush your teeth after you do it & rinse with listerine.

Just order it off Venogen or Science Bio. Both ship from the US but Science Bio takes weird forms of payment.

Yes it is extremely caustic and that's why it gives you tummy aches & makes your teeth feel very weird in powder form. Get it in powder form anyways. At least I have to get it in powder form otherwise i'd be swallowing like 60 pills.

250mg pills what dose do you take ?

It gives me Tum tum soreness and also a really bad UTI feeling but I just have to deal with it cuz I have no social skill with out without pregab tbh

I take Phenibut and my pregab dosage (I think it was 75mg) is very low because my ENT prescribed it recently for a neurogenic-cough I've been having.

Phenibut I take 20g (serious) and pregabalin doesn't do anything for me. Both of them build tolerance very serious.
