Does anyone know if platelet rich plasma treatment for hair growth works, or has anyone undergone the treatment and had good results

I've done PRP. 4 Sessions, 300€ per session, like 4 months ago, in 2 months I need to do another one for maintenance.

It does work, but only if you actually have hair and just need to thicken the individual strands up. It won't make new hair grow or fix bald spots.

Problem is that there is a huge variance in results because there is no standardization, so you're gambling that your doc has the right equipment and technique.
