i have encountered a newgen on a discord server arguing with me that the psl scale doesnt stop at 8, it stops at 10, and that in actuality psl 9 and 10s just dont exist, thats why no one got rated higher than a 7.5 psl ever in history. is he retarded or am i just dumb?
