Less harsh stuff you could use if metabolism is your core goal

na it’s not main goal, trying to recomp, gain muscle whilst losing fat. when browsing reddit i saw the guy was trying to bulk but was losing weight and some comments said it raises metabolism

Recomping is a great way to not make progress and look the same 12 weeks later

Generations of bodybuilders that bulk and cut are retarded and you’re the genius that’s figured out a way to cheat this process by recomping

Firstly, the probability of you’ve eating exactly at maintenance over 12 weeks is close to zero, meaning that you’ll end up marginally cutting or bulking anyway

Secondly, there are so many biological processes that get activated whenever your body either adjusts to bulk mode or cut mode

For example when bulking your body changes to use your calories to put on muscle, compared to when cutting or maintaining

You’ll end up getting none of the benefits of gaining muscle or cutting fat when “recomping”

You’ll make more progress by cutting for the first 6 weeks of the cycle followed by a 6 week bulk

Nigga I’m on 500mg Testosterone and even I’m cutting first

I’ve tried rad twice in the past to bulk and it’s not as powerful as you think, so you definitely need to pick cutting or bulking
