Does recessed = boneless??

No it doesn't, you can be recessed and still have cheekbones for example

I've also seen many call zario boneless bc of his slight recession

Yeah you can still have prominent zygos with slightly recessed maxilla

How come?

I guess its because sunken midface can cause illiuson of more promenint cheekbones but having projected maxilla with 0 cheekbones is lot more better than having prominent cheekbones with recession
