Im using a 45w 660 nm and near infrared 850nm LED light, ive been using it for months now but noticed my skin got a bit darker yesterday but could be cause i went put in thr sun for 30 mins tho

Then your skin got darker because you went in the sun, how can you attribute that to the red light therapy when you've been doing it for months but only noticed a change going in the sun?
