Because there are tribes in Africa(such as the Maasai) that live almost exclusively on red meat and milk and don’t have heart disease

Can you explain the contents of your study please?
Red meat is a cut of mammal meat such as lamb chop, ribeye steak, pork belly and processed meat is prosciutto, pepperoni, sausage,

The study says that processed meats and red meats can cause colon cancer. (My distant relatives in Africa have died from colon cancer from eating hella meat everyday)

To be honest doing the primal diet isn't good for you because you miss out on carbs, fiber, vitamins, but mainly carbs and fiber which are important af (eating no carbs puts your body into starvation and fiber is required for digestion, thats why our ancestors ate ALOT of wild grains.

Optimal foods to be honest are mushrooms, wild rice (so good) , salmon (omega fats and literally is linked to preventing schizophrenia)
Technically salmon sashimi is ideal but it doesn't matter, also colostrum is good for you (I was breast fed tho)

Chewing hard meats is indeed essential for craniofacial development ( really proved by pubmed) and is linked to giving you a taller mandibular ramus, (but you can just chew filam iykyk)

Because there are tribes in Africa(such as the Maasai) that live almost exclusively on red meat and milk and don’t have heart disease
it increases the risk of heart disease but it doesnt directly cause it

it´s high saturated fat levels, and the byproduct of tmao (Trimethylamine N-oxide)

TMAO enhances cholesterol deposits in the artery wall. Studies also suggest that the chemical interacts with platelets, blood cells that are responsible for normal clotting responses, to increase the risk for clot-related events such as heart attack and stroke.

Yes, red meat causes heart disease. It has high amounts of saturated fats and that saturated fats is worse than coconut oil and ghee.

Fatty cuts of red meat should be avoided. Consumption of red meat shouldn't be more than 500gm per week. Red meat is a very terrible food for heart.

That tribe must be eating lean part of red meat. Also the animals they kill eat natural diet. Their cooking style is also different.

Red meat can still cause cancer even if you eat lean part regularly. Cooking style can minimize cancer risk.

Eat fish, legumes, nuts for protein which Blue Zones around the world do.

Not a direct cause its just shown to be correlated, same with with cholesterol is correlated with loads of other things like test production

Cooking it doesnt have much effect to the cancer risk it seems but red meat in general is tied to increased cancer risk wheb eaten in large quantities

We dont have testing on the tribed you have no idea sbout their diseases. Nor do they

have their been research on how red meat effects the tribes or how thier diet effects their health if so its pointless to claim that it doesn't contribute to thier overall life. From what ive seen the own US government confirms that red meat triples heart disease .

''Trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO) is a dietary byproduct that is formed by gut bacteria during digestion''

''The exact mechanisms by which TMAO may affect heart disease is complex. Prior research has shown that TMAO enhances cholesterol deposits in the artery wall. Studies also suggest that the chemical interacts with platelets—blood cells that are responsible for normal clotting responses—to increase the risk for clot-related events such as heart attack and stroke.''

read the page for yourself https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih...-daily-triples-heart-disease-related-chemical

retarded reply. We drank from diseased rivers for most of our history until we figured out how to purify it. You going to suggest we drink shit water because out ancestors did ?

:feelsshh:my nigga, point to the place where darwin argues for diet regression
And he never did, and i never said so.

Another thing, we didnt drank from dirty ponds like you said we did,

the own US government
Son I’m American so I just find it funny how you put the US government like it’s some reliable thing or whatever :lul:

JFL if you trust what our government says
have their been research on how red meat effects the tribes or how thier diet effects their health
Not directly in the causal sense but they are very healthy and have low rates of heart disease and are very healthy so that would imply their diet is good as diet is like 50% of your health

That tribe must be eating lean part of red meat.
They eat pretty much the entire animal, wasting food isn’t a luxury in Africa unlike the west

Virtually every part of the animal is used, bones for tools, the hide for clothing, organs and meat are all consumer even the blood is consumed at times

No there isnt good evidence for that, many things have the potential to be carcinogens, but the dose maked the poision and you get small doses

no
Plant protein increases CHANCE of heart attack by 0.001%
Meat does by 0.01%
On paper, meat increases it 10 times as much, irl both doesn’t do shit

oh i see your one of those people that only believe a source if it agrees or that backs up your worldview . please tell in your ever intelligence where is the article incorrect and better yet where are the researchers incorrect ?

holy retard do u distrust your government just cause ? Yea bro the US is just lying no proof tho but their lying i know this because a .org schizo told me

show me why thier healthy WITH the sources how thier healthy. Your just saying shit and expecting me to believe in the absence of evidence and an argument
