Does rejection still hurt or have you become desensitized?

Are you desensitized to rejection?

I see a lot of people respond to users' rejections with a cold-hearted, hedonistic attitude. "Fuck her and move on" sounds so straightforward but after countless rejections over the years, I still can't shake the feeling of emptiness after I've invested time and energy into someone and got my hopes up.

Was there a point where the feeling became meaningless or did you have to train yourself to get into that mindset?

No cuz man never gets rejected

you're probably still a bit redpilled if you haven't yet become utterly desensitized to rejection
