If I weren't competing or hobyist body builder, I'd do test only cycles properly. You need to inject only once a week or biweekly (depending on the Test suspension you use). Other than that, you can look up SARMS but it goes to the hobby side. To keep good appearance, you need abundance of free testosterone in body. Our body naturally produces Test but it's limited to genetic potential and training. You could get this type of physique with test only cycles:

But you need high protein and low carb diet and fill with bunch of fiber to fill you up.

I don't know of any Test stuff that you can take oral. You have to inject it. I injected in my buttocks. It didn't feel painful or whatever. Kinda amazing feeling.

Stick to low-moderate doses of test and you should be fine.
