screen time doesnt directly affect looks but it can make eyes look more droopy and raise cortisol so indirectly yes just try not using your screens whenever you can shouldnt starve yourself from screens if you dont wanna

honestly it doesnt as long as you balance it with exercise

I turn all my screens to like the red night mode all the time, even my phone. Heard that helps I noticed it the most on my pc.

I mean it's mainly habitual things like eye strain and posture, screen time itself doesn't do anything but it's rumoured blue light breaks down collagen.
Blue light suppresses melatonin, disrupting sleep. Poor sleep can lead to dull skin, dark circles, and a tired appearance.
Blue light from screens may contribute to skin damage by generating reactive oxygen species, potentially accelerating skin aging (wrinkles, fine lines).

No, only thing I recommend is turning on red light filter past sunset to help you fall asleep better

Mine is on right now and my iPhone screen is black and white + no TikTok, Snap and Facebook only on my PC.
I don't have raise or touch to wake just pure mechanical button action, probably more obscure shit but I've forgot
