The scientific term for it is isotretinoin. Accutane is a brand name, will be harder to find online if you Google it, because it's only available on black markets.

I think legit products (talking prescription) do yeah not stupid marketing gimmicks. Also its underrated on this forum I feel. I started wearing thin layer of bb cream when going out and it makes a big difference rly improves ur look.
