Does sleep hour matter for height growth?

I heard in some sources that between 10pm - 3am growth hormone reaches the peak level and makes you taller if u sleep at these hours

Is that true or cope info?

No, that’s the time that for the average person they will be in deep sleep (first few hours of sleep) if they follow a normal sleep schedule. If you slept a hour later than then the time will be 11pm - 4 pm

So you say every time u sleep u will get the same growth hormone ? like when u sleep at morning and get awake at night u would feel tired and not enough slept

That’s the circadian rhythm. And also if you do that you probably will get less deep sleep (hgh peak) so keep that in mind. If the circadian rhythm wasn’t a thing and you slept during the day and woke at night (and got the same amount of sleep and deep sleep as if you slept at night) you would have the same HGH production
