as in burning more fat not appetite
 
I was sick for a week and slept around 16 hours a day and didnt eat anything and went from around 73kg to 63 if that helps

no technically , not sleeping increases your metabolic rate. But to retain muscle you need sleep.

it would increase your metabolism not sleeping so you would lose weight faster just very unhealthy

i know but i have a girlfriend and she doesn’t want me to sleep and we have to stay on call together and shit its cringe

Yes but not all of that is water weight, a lot of fat and muscle gone too
you dont lose muscle that quickly carbs swell your muscle (glycogen) so as soon as the carbs get taken away they would appear smaller.

You'll lose a fair amount of muscle from not eating for 7 days
