I think I have pretty decent potential look wise, but I have 2 very big issues my physique and my facial assymetry. One side of my face clearly much more developed with higher cheeckbones while the other is flat and wide. Noticed I also chewed on one side and have tried to fix that. Do you think this will improve facial symmetry?

Lol. Ppl really think sleeping on your back is like the liquify tool in Photoshop and it's just magically going to morph your skull to be perfectly symmetrical.

So it's over?:feelswat:

motherfuckers will believe in thumbpulling 5 times a day till failure will change your skull but not sleeping on your side for 9 hours

after a long time yes but you'll also need to fix your posture too 24/7

I'll prolly never know because I can't get myself to sleep on my back for the life of me

No it alone doesn't work at all
You need to fix your tilted pelvic which causes you to be asymmetrical

Sleeping on side won't affect much

do u think thumbpuling works?
never tried it but i notice people who says it's cope never tried it ,or didn't do it for at least a month.
There is Imad Skywalker and that one Vietnamese thumbpulling guy who promote it

Your body will try to follow the side of tilted pelvic.
Neck, face

I'm still not sure if the sutures respond the mechanical loading the same way alveoler bones with braces or regular bones do

so you think that sutures CAN remodel under mechanical loading? A lot of niggas on here claim that's no possible
Yes but you need to be dedicated to it.
Don't listen to what others say, do what you believe and things will happen

how to fix a tilted pelvic and how to spot it
take a mirror pick, if ur ass is sticking out u have apt. I recommend fixing your feet/fascia to properly activate your core

Yeah I think it works, it's just very psychologically draining to stay consistent

That's the challenge you have to overcome, it's repetitive but results are promising

I follow Jordan Woods advice, 2-3 minute sessions 6+ times a day ideally every hour if your unemployed
still a teenager but with 12 hours of studying everyday as i am an asian so probably will leave it for the summer break

I would still start gradually to start stimulating your sutures, it takes months to get results, even 2x a day is decent

If you think mechanical stress like mouthbreathing, or chewing soft foods can affect the development of an infant then by that logic thumbpulling works

No it doesn't.

If your asymmetry is really that bad, orthopaedic procedures and surgeries are way better off.
