Has some anecdotal evidence but might be cope. As a kid I had obvious PCT on both eyes and slept on both sides. Now I sleep on my left side and left side became neutral tilted

most of the aysemetry you see is just bigger massaters on one side the body tends to favor one side more when you chew. sleep position is cope.

One side of your face is always bigger.

"Chewing" or sleeping on the other side won't change that.

uhhh i understand it would be hard to know if you have a terrible lip seal as default
But ... For me i practiced just trying to wake up with closed lips, and tried to get used to the feeling
Usually you can just tell if you don't wake up either inhaling or exhaling through the mouth

Assymetry unless very noticeable is the least of the concerns for attractivity. More symmetry the better sure but it's not a huge deal like most people say. You'll end up looking uncanny if you are too symmetric and fake.
