I stay up a lot like it’s my life at this point but I’m also starting to try and lose weight but does staying up till 6:00 am and waking up in the after noon affect the way my body loses weight?
 
more than 6 hours (maybe 7 if youre tall and fat) is cope. Quality > length when it comes to sleep
