SlowChewing is a looksmax technique (not proven effective) that involves chewing a material that deforms slowly as opposed to quickly, requiring the person chewing to activate their masseter and temporalis muscles over longer durations of time per bite.

One can SlowChew something like a Jolly Rancher Hard Candy (but the chewer must be careful; there’s risk of damaging teeth if not done with caution and slowly) :

Does SlowChewing Jolly Rancher Hard Candy stimulate jaw bone growth?

Is SlowChewing a legit looksmax or a cope? Looksmin?

I don't think it stimulates bone growth and if it does, then it's not by a lot. However, I do think stimulating jaw muscles by chewing this way can make the jaw appear wider.

i believe the recessed chin since pitt has bruxism also and has recessed chin

idk about gonial angle but its probably lower than it would have been if she didn’t have bruxusm
