Nicotine boosts testosterone, but smoking in the long-run will eventually overturn the potential benefits of the very small testosterone increase

Had a friend who only was a "social smoker", in his words he only smoked when he was out with friends "1-2 week". I'm pretty sure he's running through at least a pack a day now, probably more, haven't seen the guy in a while.

Apparently, each cigarette you smoke also takes away 13 minutes of your life? Heard that somewhere.

Ideally your daily smoking would be ZERO, but if you want to do it regardless just be completely sure of what you're getting into. The "I'll only smoke x amount" thing never lasts, and your brain eventually plays enough tricks on you to turn you into a habitual smoker, that's the power of highly adictive compounds.

if you compare the total T levels of nonsmokers to smokers smokers have higher T levels but have lower free T levels. i smoke like every other day and i think it could be a possible looksmin but only with chronic use, seems to me to not do shit rlly.

smoking is definitely not a looksmax but its only a looksmin with chronic use over a long period of time it seems to me. so its not rlly that bad when it comes to looksmaxxing unless you're a pack a day smoker.

voice deeper definetely. but side effects are horrible. the test boost is very variable but on average it wont increase ur test if anything it might lower it

Yeah, smoking can boost testosterone levels 13-15% higher total/free T
